Aiyarise Intelligence Inc. was founded on a single observation: most AEC firms are navigating the AI landscape without a guide who understands their world. Software vendors want to sell subscriptions. Generic consultants recycle playbooks from other industries. Neither serves the AEC firm well.
Aiyarise provides the third way. We act as the Owner's Representative for AI — sitting on the client's side of the table, asking the hard questions, and building the governance infrastructure that transforms AI from a liability into a strategic asset.
